1. Service Agreement
By booking a transfer with Bickham Park Travel, you agree to these terms and conditions. We provide airport transfer services between Plymouth and various UK airports, operating 24/7.
2. Booking and Cancellation
- All bookings should be made in advance to ensure availability
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time
- Late cancellations may incur a charge of up to 50% of the booking fee
- No-shows will be charged the full fare
3. Pickup and Journey
- We monitor flight arrivals and adjust pickup times accordingly
- Customers should be ready at the agreed pickup point at the scheduled time
- A waiting time of 15 minutes is included in airport pickups
- Additional waiting time may incur extra charges
4. Fares and Payment
- All fares are quoted and charged in British Pounds (GBP)
- Prices include VAT and basic insurance
- Additional charges may apply for excess luggage or additional stops
- Payment methods accepted: Cash, Bank Transfer, or Card payments
5. Luggage and Passengers
- Standard luggage allowance: 1 suitcase and 1 hand luggage per passenger
- Maximum passengers as per vehicle capacity and legal requirements
- Additional luggage must be declared at time of booking

- Maintain clean and well-serviced vehicles
- Ensure drivers are licensed and professional
- Protect customer privacy and data
7. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate booking information
- Ensure all passengers behave appropriately
- Respect the vehicle and driver
- Make payment as agreed
