• By booking with Bickham Park Travel, you agree to these terms
• Our services are subject to availability
• We provide airport transfer services throughout Plymouth and the surroundings
• All bookings are confirmed via email or SMS
• These terms are governed by UK law

• Full payment required at time of booking
• Prices quoted are fixed and include all charges
• We accept major credit/debit cards
• Bookings must be made at least 24/48 hours in advance (late bookings also available)
• Group bookings may require additional notice

• Professional, licensed drivers
• Clean, well-maintained vehicles
• Flight monitoring for airport pickups
• Meet & greet service available
• Child seats are not provided, customer needs to have this

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup
• No refund for cancellations less than 24 hours before
• No refund if no show due to different reasons
• No-shows will be charged in full
• Amendments subject to availability

• Provide accurate booking information
• Be ready at pickup time
• Inform us of any special requirements
• Respect driver and vehicle
• Maximum 2 suitcases and 2 hand luggage per passenger

• Fully licensed and insured service
• Liability limited to cost of service
• Not responsible for delays due to traffic or weather
• Personal belongings remain passenger responsibility
• Comprehensive passenger insurance included

• No smoking in vehicles
• No illegal substances
• No aggressive or abusive behavior
• No damage to vehicle or property
• No excessive noise or disturbance
